Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) issues $100 million private placement notes.

Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) disclosed today that had closed on $100 million of private placement notes in December 2018.  The offering included $50 million of 4.63% eight-year notes senior notes and $50 million of 4.73% ten-year notes.  The offerings closed on December 20, 2018.  FCPT is rated 'BBB-' by Fitch Ratings.
