Boston Properties (BXP) prices $1.25 billion senior notes.

Boston Properties (BXP) announced today that it has priced an offering of $1.25 billion 3.25% senior unsecured notes due 2031.  The notes are being issued at 99.85% to yield 3.267%, or a spread of 262.5 basis points to the benchmark treasury.

Established in 1970, Boston Properties (BXP) is one of the largest owners of Class-A office properties in the U.S. with a managed portfolio of 186 properties aggregating 46.6 million square feet. Boston Properties is a member of the S&P 500 and has a total market capitalization of approximately $30 billion.
