American Assets Trust (AAT) announced today that it has lowered its quarterly dividend from $0.30/share to $0.20/share, commencing with the 2Q'20 dividend. The company noted that the dividend decrease was in response to uncertainties created by the COVID-19 pandemic. AAT also withdrew its full year 2020 guidance.
As of April 27, 2020, the company had collected 94% of its monthly office rents, 47% of retail rents and 94% of multifamily rents.
