Healthpeak Properties (PEAK) prices $600 million senior notes due 2031.

Healthpeak Properties (PEAK) announced today that it has priced a $600 million offering of 2.875% senior unsecured notes due 2031.  The notes were priced at a discount to yield 2.972%, or 215 basis points over treasuries.  Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the early redemption of PEAK's 3.15% senior notes due 2022, and a partial redemption of the company's 4.25% senior notes due 2023.

Healthpeak is one of the largest health care REITs in the U.S. with an undepreciated book capitalization of approximately $16 billion. The company's portfolio is diversified across senior housing communities, medical office buildings, life science properties and other real estate investments. PEAK went public in 1985 and is a member of the S&P 500.
