Global Net Lease (GNL) to acquire McLaren Group headquarters.
Global Net Lease, Inc. (GNL) announced today that has agreed to acquire a three-property office and industrial campus leased to McLaren Group for £170 million. The 840,000 square foot campus serves as the world headquarters for McLaren's automotive, racing, and applied divisions, and is being acquired subject to a 20-year triple net lease.
