Invitation Homes (INVH) announces 29% dividend increase.
Invitation Homes Inc. (INVH) announced today that it has declared a $0.22/share dividend for the first quarter, payable on February 28, 2022. The new dividend rate represents a 29.4% increase over 2021, and results in an approximate 2.1% dividend yield based on the February 3 closing stock price of $42.40.
Invitation Homes is one of the largest owners of single-family residential properties in the U.S. with an owned and managed portfolio of 83,503 homes in 17 markets. As of September 30, 2021, INVH had a total market capitalization of approximately $31 billion.
