American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) announces $900 million senior notes offering.

American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) announced today that its operating partnership subsidiary has priced a $900 million offering of senior unsecured notes.  The offering includes:
      • $600 million 3.650% senior unsecured notes due 2032.  The notes were priced at a discount to yield 3.927% or +160 bp to the reference treasury.
      • $300 million 4.300% senior unsecured notes due 2052.  The notes were priced at a discount to yield 4.468% or +200 bp to the reference treasury.
American Homes is one of the largest owner/managers of single-family rental properties in the United States. As of December 31, 2021, the company's managed portfolio totaled 58,966 homes in 22 states, including 1,942 homes held in unconsolidated joint ventures. AMH has a total market capitalization of $21 billion and is a member of the Russell 1000 index.
