Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (SKT) breaks ground on Nashville center.
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) announced today that it has commenced construction of a 290,000 sf open-air shopping center in Nashville. The center, which is slated to open in Fall 2023, is part of a larger mixed-use development known as Century Farms.
