InvenTrust Properties Corp. (IVT) prices $250 million private placement notes.

InvenTrust Properties Corp. (AVT) announced that it has priced a two-part offering of senior unsecured notes.  The notes are expected to be issued on August 11, 2022 subject to customary closing conditions. The offering included:

• • • • $150 million 5.07% Series A Senior Notes due August 11, 2029.
      • $100 million 5.20% Series B Senior Notes due August 11, 2032.

InvenTrust Properties is a small-cap shopping center REIT with 63 properties located in Sunbelt markets across the U.S. Key tenants include Kroger, Publix, Albertsons, TJX Companies and HEB. As of March 31, 2022, IVT had a total market capitalization of approximately $2.8 billion.
