CyrusOne (CONE) prices €500 million senior notes offering.

CyrusOne (CONE) announced today that it had priced a €500 million offering 0f 1.45% senior notes due 2027.  The notes were priced at 99.861% to yield 1.471% through maturity.

CONE has a total market capitalization of approximately $9.2 billion and is a member of the S&P MidCap 400 index.
