Crown Castle (CCI) prices $1.25 billion senior notes.
Crown Castle International Corp. (CCI) announced that it has priced an offering of $750 million 3.30% senior notes due 2030 (+270) and $500 million 4.15% senior notes due 2050 (+285). Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under CCI's revolving credit facility.
