Physicians Realty (DOC) prices $500 million senior note offering.
Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) announced today that it has priced an offering of $500 million 2.625% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The notes were priced at a discount to yield 2.649% or +108 basis points to the treasury curve. DOC's unsecured senior notes are rated Baa2/BBB by Moody's and S&P. The company also said that proceeds from the offering would be used to refinance property debt associated with the pending Landmark portfolio acquisition, with any remaining amount used to repay bank debt.
