CyrusOne Inc. (CONE) announced today that it has broken ground on a new data property located in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  The first phase of the facility with 24 MW / 60,000 sf feet is expected to be delivered in Fall 2020.  The new facility was said to be strategically located near high-traffic fiber optic cables from national telecommunication companies.

CONE has a total market capitalization of approximately $9.2 billion and is a member of the S&P MidCap 400 Index.
