Individual investors and analysts can subscribe to REIT/BASE for $9.99/month. For your convenience and safety, all billing is handled through PayPal. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during the 30-day free trial period and at any time thereafter with no continuing obligation. |

REIT/BASE offers one-year site license subscriptions for organizations with multiple users. Please contact us here to set up initial trial accounts and/or to inquire about a separate data licensing agreement. |
| API Data Feed |
Advanced users can extract real-time data for individual companies or the entire database using our API interface. Please contact us here with questions regarding data calls and/or assistance with front-end design. |
| Terms of Use |
- No limitations on report downloads, page views, etc. Use of the database is completely unrestricted.
- Attribution optional based on subscriber preference.
- Subscribers subject to regulatory or corporate data-retention policies may retain copies of data indefinitely, at no further fee.
- All subscriptions are subject to our standard Terms of Use, unless otherwise governed by a separate data licensing agreement.
